As part of our vetting procedure, we ask for the following forms of identification prior to accepting prospective tenants. Before singing a tenancy agreement, you will need to provide:
- Passport
- Driving License
- Any other photo identificationProof of Address:
- Bank Statement
- Council Tax Bill (Not a mobile phone bill)
- Payslip (3 months old)
- Previous landlord reference
- Employer's reference (an employer's reference of previous landlord reference is not needed as proof of identification for prospective tenants who are in receipt of Department of Work and Pensions income (i.e. Housing Benefit/DSS applicants).
- Correspondence from an agency in the UK government, such as HMRC can be accepted.
